SimLab SolidWorks importer for SketchUp

SimLab SolidWorks importer for SketchUp plugin, enables users to import SolidWorks parts and assemblies (*.sldpart, *.sldasm) into SketchUp.

The plugin is capable of importing SolidWorks files up to version 2014, and is supported on SketchUp 2014, SketchUp 2013 and SketchUp 8.

After downloading the plugin, it automatically registers itself in SketchUp, and adds a new sub menu for the plugin, under the Plugins menu in SketchUp.

Importing models into SketchUp can be done with actual design dimensions, by unchecking the Auto scale Imported Model option in the Advanced Settings window. This window can be accessed by clicking the Settings option in the plugin sub-menu.

On the other hand, if a user needs to import a model to complete a scene, checking the Auto Scale Imported Model option will scale the model according to the scene's dimensions.
