Fast Processing & Delivery

Electronic Delivery

Most of our products are delivered electronically as downloads or access credentials. We endeavour to process these as fast as possible and for most products, this means 1-2 hours during the working day (9am-6pm, Monday to Friday). Wherever possible, orders will be processed outside these times but this is not always possible. Many licences will not be processed by manufacturers outside working hours. Please note: many licenses are subject to approval by the software manufacturers and licenses can only be released once their approval/license creation processes are complete.

Returns

Please bear in mind that many electronically activated applications cannot be returned or cancelled. Please choose carefully when selecting software and ask us if you have any queries prior to purchase. We can provide fully featured trials of every piece of software we sell, so there should be no risk or uncertainty when purchasing. We are always happy to advise and assist - this is what we are here for.

Physical Delivery

Please note: we are only able to deliver physical items to the UK

In stock items ordered before 2pm on a working day are usually despatched the same day. Delivery is £5.95+VAT. Items are normally sent via DHL or DPD.

Returns

If you decide you do not want your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and unopened, we will happily accept the item back. All returns must be organised in advance or they will not be accepted. If an item is sent incorrectly, we will organise collection free of charge; if not a collection fee of £9.95+VAT is applicable.
